Seated Accupressure Massage
Seated accupressure onsite massage is ideal for the workplace as it is carried out fully clothed, requires minimum space, and is a good way to reward your staff and reduce stress and RSI in the workplace.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is not only beneficial for post event injury, but can also benefit performance and help avoid injury by aiding muscles to be toned and be at optimum condition. Even a simple injury like back pain, incurred whilst gardening or DIY for example, can be relieved by using remedial/sports massage sometimes with specific stretching techniques!!

Body Massage
Good for general wellbeing and relaxation. Helps to improve digestion, sleep patterns and is a great stress reliever.

NB. With symptoms like stress, migraine and sports injuries, I sometimes use a combination of massage and laser therapy!

Massage alone is found to be benificial for improving:
